This pillow cover is so colorful that it reminds you of a rose garden in bloom on a beautiful pond. It consists of only single crochet stitches, so it is a very easy pattern that crochets wonderfully quickly.

Pattern

Measure the width of your pillow and chain until you reached that number. You’re chain must be an uneven number. My pillow is 10” wide and I chained 69 chains to start. You make two panels which we crochet together at the end.

Row 1: Sc in the 3rd ch from the hook, sc in the same ch. Skip 1 ch, 2 sc in the next, skip 1 ch, 2 sc in the next. Repeat this until the end of the row.

Row 2: Ch 2, turn your work. Skip 1st st, 2 sc in the next, skip 1 st, 2 sc in the next. Repeat this until the end of the row. You make your last 2 sc in the last st, you don’t work the ch 2 from the previous row.

Just repeat row 2 until you reached the height of your pillow. Bind off.

Make another panel the same way.
